ADVISORY
Product-level decision clarity ahead of regulatory implementation
This advisory is founder-led by Henrietta Szakonyi and works closely with product teams facing regulatory and structural change.
Work begins before companies invest in new systems, processes, or remade structures — when clarity is needed on what to develop, adjust, reduce, or stop.
WHY ACT NOW
EPR and DPP implementation is approaching, yet many financial effects are not fully visible.
This is the adjustment window.
Product decisions made now determine whether future repair, remade,
and documentation costs remain manageable — or become structural.
Early adjustments keep costs controllable.
WHEN THIS WORK IS RELEVANT
Most advisory work begins with one focused session around a single core product.
The aim is to define economic thresholds that stabilise product value across its lifecycle.
The product is examined under real conditions of material behaviour, use, and cost.
Typical outputs include:
repair vs. replacement thresholds
pattern and production adjustments before the next production cycle
minimal DPP-ready data logic
identification of wear and stress zones (e.g., collar, cuffs, seams)
short internal decision memo
Entry format: 90-minute focused working session (remote).
This session can expand into a structured advisory mandate covering multiple products or seasons.
INVESTMENT
Entry advisory starting at €1,800 (excl. VAT), depending on product complexity and scope.
The entry mandate includes:
Preparation and review of relevant product data
90-minute focused working session
1–2 page decision threshold memo delivered within 3–5 business days
POSSIBLE FOLLOW-UP MANDATES
Season-to-Season Advisory (3–6 months) Structured guidance across consecutive collections. Focus: thresholds, surplus logic, structural improvement.
Product Line Review Analysis of multiple core products within one category. Prioritisation of risk zones and adjustment windows.
Remade Feasibility Mandate Economic and operational evaluation of a prepared remade pathway. Pursued only when viability thresholds are clearly defined.
IMPORTANT FOR FUTURE SEASONS
Insights from the session feed directly into the next available decision window — development, material booking, or production release.
The advisory is not limited to one season or one product.
It establishes a decision logic that carries across consecutive collections.
REALITY NOTES
Not every option is suitable for every product
Adjustments happen within existing development and production windows
The objective is the reduction of structurally avoidable loss
POSITION IN THE DECISION PROCESS
This advisory operates before reporting and certification layers.
It focuses on:
product logic, pattern structure, and production decisions
economic thresholds across lifecycle phases
feasibility of repair, remade, and responsible end-of-life pathways
regulatory readiness at product level
It works upstream — where product decisions determine future compliance, cost exposure, and value retention.
WORKING FORECAST BOOK
The methodological foundation of this work is documented in "Designing Beyond Seasons – Working Forecast Book."
The publication is used in advisory mandates, workshops, and system development.
CLOSING
The aim is not immediate transformation. The aim is controlled, economically grounded decisions before cost and complexity become structural.
If your team is facing uncertainty around repair, remade, documentation, or regulatory readiness — let’s begin with one product.
