STUDIO

VALIDATING REMADE BEFORE SCALING

Studio begins once Advisory has clarified that a remade pathway appears structurally possible — but its real viability remains uncertain.

Studio functions as the validation space of the “Design for Seven Seasons” model. It tests whether what has been structurally prepared at decision level holds under real operational and economic conditions.

Work happens with actual materials, real quantities, and existing production structures.

WHEN STUDIO MAKES SENSE

Studio is relevant when:

  • surplus or returns are physically available

  • a product appears structurally transformable

  • there is uncertainty about feasibility or effort

  • a reliable basis for decision is needed

Studio is a validation process focused on operational and economic viability.

It evaluates technical, economic, organisational, and regulatory conditions.

PHASE 1 – FEASIBILITY

We assess:

  • which parts can be opened or separated

  • which pattern or construction adjustments are required

  • how much time transformation realistically takes

  • whether the effort is economically viable

The result is a clear statement:

Feasible. Partially feasible. Or not recommended.

PHASE 2 – PILOT

If feasibility is confirmed, a small, controlled pilot follows:

  • pattern and construction adjustments

  • integration into existing production processes

  • observation of time, quality, and cost

The goal is reliability.

SYSTEM COMPETENCE

Studio connects product, production, and regulatory conditions.

We operate within real development windows and supply chains.

Remade is only pursued further if it is organisationally and economically viable.

STUDIO AND CO-LAB

Studio evaluates at product level.

Co-Lab develops long-term structures from validated outcomes.
